If you have 2 minutes:

Extremely dark chocolate has been proven by researchers at Yale University to reduce blood pressure thanks to the antioxydants, known as flavonoids, found in cocoa. Enjoying a few squares of chocolate made with at least 75% cocoa is one of the the tastiest shortcuts to inner calm.

If you have 5 minutes:

Breathe deeply. Breathe yourself calm by lying on the floor, taking several deep breaths, then one slow breath in, as you tense the muscles in your feet. Aim to hold your breath and the tension for 20 seconds, before slowly releasing. Repeat with your calf muscles, working your way up and finishing with your facial muscles.
