Have just read about a recent study showing that knitting puts you in a good mood.

Apparently, every time you click those needles, you secrete more dopamine and serotonin, our feelgood hormones.

Frankly, I knit a lot and have never noticed a marked increase in my get-up-and-go, nor am I any more full of the joys of Spring than usual (ha, ha).

Am I knitting the wrong thing, do you think?
