Regular facial massages and exercises help to maintain a toned, youthful complexion. Spending a few minutes on a daily facial massage will help keep the lower and upper layers of your skin hydrated and your complexion healthy and revitalised.

To start your facial massage, contort the muscles in your face to get the circulation flowing – vital for cell regeneration. Open your mouth really wide, raise your eyebrows and scrunch your eyes shut.

Next put your fingertips on an area that you want to work on and carefullly massage in circular movements for a few minutes.

The important thing is regularity – fit this into your daily skincare routine.
