Reduce salt consumption, drink lots of water and sleep with your head slightly elevated.

Pressure point massage

Take a few moments to do some pressure point massage around the eye.

Just press firmly all around the eye sockets with the middle finger of each hand.

When you get to the eyebrow area, apply pressure into the brow, trying to lift it.

Close your eyes and massage over the eyelids with small circular movements. Don’t forget the lower eyelid.

If frown lines appear deep, take a moment to smooth those lines with  your fingers.

To finish, cup your hands over your closed eyes and stay like this for at least a minute “in the dark”.

Lift hands off slowly.
